At Linguiscience, quotations are based on the number of English words. The reason being that French texts are normally written with 15% to 20% more words than the equivalent English version. Beware of translators who charge less per word but base their word count on the number of French words. Chances are the total end cost might be higher.

Prices are based on the nature of each request and agreed upon deadlines. Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes.

Revision: $45/hour

Proofreading: $45/hour

Special projects can be charged based on a fixed rate agreed upon by both parties.
